The suggested dress code is Semi-Formal. The Bride and Groom would love to see all of their favorite people looking their best.
Where is the Ceremony and Reception?
The Wedding Ceremony and reception will both be at the Pueblo Convention Center in the Exhibit Hall. This means that there won't be a need for our guests to worry about having to move from one location to the next.
Is the Venue Wheelchair/ Easily Accessible?
Yes! The Pueblo Convention Center is all on one level on the ground floor. So any of our guests who have this concern will easily be able to make it into our venue without any stairs or problems.
What time does the party end?
The dance will conclude at 11 p.m.
What will be served for dinner?
Dinner will be Tuscan Chicken, roasted potatoes, and asparagus, served with salad and a dinner roll. For dessert a chocolate cake will be served.
What can I expect if I am gluten free or vegetarian/vegan
If you are gluten free or vegetarian/vegan please let us know when you rsvp for the wedding.
Once the wedding day comes, you can come find one of the hosts before dinner and we will hand you a tent to put on your plate. This will let the staff know that you are one of the people getting a special meal.
The meal we picked out is completely gluten free so you will be eating the tuscan chicken, but you will get a chocolate torte instead of chocolate cake.
Vegetarians/Vegans will have a completely separate meal made for you.
Are the kids meals different from the adults?
Yes! Since the standard adult meal will be tuscan chicken cooked in a cream wine sauce, with potatoes and asparagus, we wanted to make sure our younger guests are accommodated. The kids meal will include Chicken tenders, fruit, and another side to be decided by the chef at a later date. If your child is older and would rather have the Tuscan Chicken, they are more than welcome to have that meal. But the kids meal option is for those who would rather have a standard kids meal.
